The Acue Truss HD Production Base Package w/ Case is a complete professional support and transport solution designed for production companies, rental houses, event venues, theaters, concerts, and mobile stage setups that regularly use pipe-mounted lighting or production equipment. The package includes 4 heavy-duty 24″ × 24″ square steel bases weighing 60 lbs each, along with 4 custom 24-inch threaded T-bars designed for 1.5-inch Schedule 20 or Schedule 40 galvanized pipe. Both the base plates and T-bars feature a matte black powder-coated finish that helps protect the metal against rust and light scratches while maintaining a clean professional appearance. The galvanized pipes and optional black or white spandex pipe covers are not included.
The included heavy-duty flight case is specifically designed to transport the four 60 lb bases and T-bars together in one organized system. Its interior features 4 dividers creating 5 total compartments, including dedicated storage for the included T-bars. The case is constructed from heavy-duty materials with a durable honeycomb laminate finish and a plywood-reinforced bottom engineered to support the substantial weight of the package. 4-inch super-glide wheels make the loaded system easier to move through warehouses, loading docks, venues, and production areas. The case itself is listed at approximately 104 lbs and measures 33 × 20 × 40 inches; combined with the four 60 lb bases, the case and bases alone account for approximately 344 lbs before the T-bars are added.
